Rental Questions & Processes

When can I begin renting a unit?

We open for business on January, 1st, 2026.

Is there electricity or lighting in the units?

Yes, there is electricity in the 25×50 units and larger. There are also exterior lights and security / surveillance cameras.

How does the leasing process work?

First, you’ll meet with Nick or Jason and choose a unit size. Next, you’ll sign your lease agreement and pay the first month’s rent up front.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards including AMEX.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes. First month’s rent is required up front and before you can begin using your unit.

Does the storage unit come with its own lock?

No. You will need to provide a lock for your unit. We prefer tenants to use this style of lock.

Are your belongings insured?

It is the renters’ responsibility to insure their own belongings.

What are the late charges?

A late charge of $50.00 shall be assessed to any rent not paid by the fifth day of the month. No monthly statements are sent out to the Tenants. It is the Tenants responsibility to pay rent on a timely basis. Failure to pay rent in full by the fifth day of the month shall be deemed a default by Tenant under terms of this agreement.

What is the policy for auto-renewal?

This agreement shall renew automatically and continue in full force and effect from month to month upon the expiration of the initial terms of this lease. Either party shall be able to terminate such lease upon ten (10) days written notice to the other party. Landlord shall be allowed to raise the rent due with thirty (30) days written notice to the Tenant.

Can I live in my rental unit?

No. There is no habitation/occupation. Tenant shall not use the above-stated space, or any property stored therein as residence or in any form of permanent living quarters or as a business office and the same shall not be occupied overnight.

We are southeast of Moorehead, MN on the southside of I-94. There is a Holiday Gas Station on the north side of the interstate, so if you find yourself there, head south.
